Nori
Nori is a personal health advisor app that connects wearables and labs to give users a daily focus and plan.
The Problem
People who track their health with wearables and labs often end up with large amounts of data but no clear sense of what to do with it. Users describe logging meals, working out, and walking regularly while still not understanding why their metrics like HRV or body composition were not improving. They want to know what to focus on each day and why, but raw data from devices like Oura, Garmin, or Whoop does not translate into clear guidance on its own. Reviewers describe feeling stuck in plateaus or having no sounding board to make decisions about workouts and daily choices.
The Solution
Nori connects to wearables, labs, and other health apps including Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Peloton, Apple Health, Strava, MyFitnessPal, Fitbod, and Eight Sleep, then combines that data into a daily plan. The process involves three steps: connecting data sources, personalizing a strategy by answering questions about schedule and goals, and then receiving a daily plan that updates based on progress. Users can also chat with Nori to ask questions about their health data and get advice, and can log food by typing what they ate. The app emphasizes privacy with encryption in transit and at rest, and gives users granular control over what each connected app or AI can access.
