Nori Robotics
Nori Robotics sells an affordable bimanual home robot, the Nori A3, built to help with everyday tasks like tidying
The Problem
The text addresses people who want help with everyday home tasks such as kitchen prep, tidying, fetching items from the fridge, loading the dishwasher, folding clothes, and pouring ingredients. Today these tasks are done by hand, since capable home robots are implied to be too expensive for ordinary households. By emphasizing that Nori is both affordable and capable, the company suggests existing robotic options on the market fail to combine the two, leaving people without an accessible option for robotic help at home.
The Solution
Nori Robotics sells the Nori A3, a bimanual robot priced at $1,688 with no deposit, set to ship in fall 2026. The robot has two 7+1 degree-of-freedom arms each with 1.5kg payload capacity, a lidar sensor with 12m range and 0.72 degree angular resolution, four 720p RGB cameras mounted on the grippers, head, and neck for up to 30fps vision, a speaker and microphone for spoken commands, and a battery lasting 6-8 hours. Owners train the robot's skills using the Nori Lab laptop app, which also handles operating and managing the device. A Skills Marketplace lets users train Nori at home and then share or access skills trained by others, extending what the robot can do.
