The Problem

People who use or want to use Obsidian for a 'second brain' often end up with a fragile, DIY setup built from scratch by researching GTD, PARA, and Zettelkasten methods, hand-building folders, tags, and Dataview queries, and fixing broken links whenever they reorganize. This setup can take 20 to 40 hours and breaks again with every Obsidian update, forcing manual fixes. The result is a system people spend more time maintaining than actually using, and many end up abandoning templates they bought for Notion or Obsidian because those templates are either too rigid or too vague to guide real workflows.

The Solution

Obsibrain is a custom-coded, pre-configured Obsidian vault that functions as a full productivity operating system rather than an empty template. It ships with a P.A.R.A. folder structure, a Command Center dashboard, automated task tracking, daily planning, habit tracking with streaks, periodic (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) reviews, SMART project templates, quick capture commands, and a lightweight meetings/CRM module, all built on relational databases and automated task sequencing inside Obsidian. It supports all Obsidian themes, works on desktop and mobile, includes a one-click update engine, and is designed to be modular so users can adopt only the pieces they want (e.g. just Task Management and Daily Planning). Setup is advertised as a 30 minute process: download the vault, enter a license key, review the documentation wiki, and optionally migrate existing notes into the Notes folder.
