Omnistrate
Omnistrate generates a private-label control plane for ISVs to deploy and operate enterprise software across any cloud
The Problem
Software vendors that need to deliver their product into enterprise customer environments face a mix of deployment models: vendor-hosted SaaS, customer-hosted (BYOC), on-prem, and air-gapped. Supporting all of these typically requires rebuilding deployment and operational tooling for each environment, including infrastructure provisioning, lifecycle management, billing, observability, and governance. This custom delivery work blocks sales pipeline and creates ongoing engineering debt across SRE, FinOps, SecOps, and DevOps functions as the vendor tries to scale to more customer environments and deployment models.
The Solution
Omnistrate generates a private-label control plane that runs in the vendor's own account, built from the vendor's existing deployment artifacts such as GitHub repos, container images, Helm charts, Kustomize manifests, Operators, and Terraform modules. Vendors define a single control plane spec covering services, infrastructure, customer environments, deployment model, networking, and policies, then connect it to their existing CI/CD, auth, observability, billing, and marketplace tools. The generated control plane includes a customer-facing portal for self-service deployment, subscriptions, and billing, plus an internal admin portal with DevOps, Operations, and Billing/Cost centers. It handles infrastructure provisioning, versioned rollouts, drift detection and self-healing, per-tenant metering and billing, and governance features like RBAC, SSO, and audit logs, and is positioned to extend rather than replace a vendor's existing control plane and customer experience.
