The Problem

Teams running day-to-day operations in tools like Salesforce, Stripe, GitHub, HubSpot, and Sentry rely on people to manually triage tickets, reconcile payouts, revoke departed-contractor access, pull campaign metrics, and trace production errors back to the offending commit. This routine but sensitive work is time-consuming, and handing it to automation is risky when a mistake could mean an unauthorized refund, a broken CRM record, or a security gap. Analysts must manually answer ad hoc metric questions to keep definitions consistent, and engineers must manually connect an alert to a root cause and a patch. The page frames this as work that is too business-critical to automate carelessly but too repetitive to keep doing by hand.

The Solution

OneCLI gives each employee or team an AI agent that can read and act across connected tools such as Salesforce, GitHub, Gmail, HubSpot, Stripe, Sentry, Datadog, and Notion. An identity gateway sits between the agent and these systems, applying injection protection, policy rules, and audit logging to every action. Teams define which changes require human approval, such as payments over $500 or Salesforce deal-stage changes, so the agent prepares the work, pauses, and waits for a yes before anything is written. The product is open source under Apache-2.0 for the core (with a separate license for enterprise features), and can be self-hosted or used as a hosted app with a free tier that includes $5 in AI credits and 500 calls a month.
