The Problem

Engineering teams shipping dozens of pull requests daily often lack visibility into whether those changes actually work in production. Dependencies can fail silently, and the first sign of trouble is frequently a breached SLO or an angry customer message rather than a proactive alert. When something breaks, context is scattered across logs, traces, dashboards, and Slack, forcing engineers to spend hours hunting for signals instead of fixing the problem. The site frames this as a mismatch: deployment velocity has outpaced the team's ability to understand actual system state, leaving them running blind during critical moments.

The Solution

OnePatch connects to a team's GitHub and Slack, then instruments chosen repositories with OpenTelemetry via a single reviewable PR, streaming telemetry back to OnePatch. As that telemetry flows, an agent learns how services behave in production and automatically creates monitors and dashboards so incidents are caught minutes after they start. The core feature, called Agent PRs, verifies every pull request against live production telemetry and proactively instruments observability gaps before they become blind spots. OnePatch integrates with existing cloud providers and MCP servers via secure, read-only access, and the FAQ indicates it works alongside existing tools like Datadog or Grafana without requiring infrastructure changes. Investigations can be triggered through a Chat UI, Slack bot, MCP, or CLI, or automatically when a monitor alert fires an incident.
