The Problem

Restaurant owners already have reports from their POS, payroll, invoices, and inventory systems, but the founder, who joined his father's restaurant business after the military, saw that the clearest answer to 'what needs attention?' often arrived after the decision had already been made. Owners are left piecing together sales, labor, food cost, invoices, inventory, and scheduling data from separate systems instead of seeing one trusted picture of the week. Signals like a beverage purchasing spike outpacing beverage sales can go unnoticed until it is too late to act on them.

The Solution

OPSAVOR is being built as an owner-intelligence layer that sits above the systems a restaurant already uses, rather than replacing the POS, payroll, or accounting system. Its current focus is the Monday Executive Briefing, which shows actual versus target performance across sales, labor, food, and beverage, ranks issues by attention needed, and surfaces possible profit leaks with supporting evidence such as invoice counts and reporting periods. An owner dashboard (Daily Pulse) and an assistant called Ask Savy let owners question the evidence behind any flagged item, seeing the source, the period it covers, a confidence level (high, medium, etc.), and any missing information, such as an expected invoice that has not arrived. The design also aims to close the loop by recording the owner's decision and later comparing the expected result with what actually happened.
