Organizely
Organizely is an OS for growing manufacturers that unifies inventory, purchasing, production planning and more
The Problem
Growing manufacturers run inventory, demand planning, purchasing, warehousing, equipment maintenance, production scheduling, fulfillment and accounting across disconnected spreadsheets, PDFs, EDI files and siloed systems. Teams lack a single view of material shortages, line capacity, machine service schedules and order status, so problems like a line running at 118% capacity or a switch shortage are caught late. Traditional ERP systems that could unify this take 6 to 12 months to implement, require outside consultants, special hardware, and sell AI as a paid add-on. The founders say they ran their own factory for six years and personally paid the cost of stopped lines and late shipments caused by this lack of visibility.
The Solution
Organizely ingests existing data (PDF, spreadsheet, CSV, EDI and order files) and existing systems like ERPs (NetSuite, SAP Business One, Epicor), sales channels (Shopify, Amazon), accounting (QuickBooks, Xero) and CRMs, and presents a single operational view covering inventory, bills of materials, demand planning with reorder dates, purchasing, warehouse bin counts, equipment maintenance schedules, production planning across lines, fulfillment and accounting. It tests scheduling options against real constraints and recommends actions, such as moving a work order to a different line to avoid exceeding capacity, and it can draft purchase orders that a team member approves by replying YES over text message. The company says setup happens on site with the customer and can go live the next day, running on phones and tablets the business already owns rather than special hardware.
