The Problem

Teams that want to host an event to meet specific people, such as prospects or partners, face a lot of unglamorous logistics: building a guest list of the right people, sending personal invitations and tracking RSVPs, booking a venue, taking useful notes on conversations during the event, and then following up with each guest based on what they actually said. Doing this well takes time and coordination across many small tasks, and the text frames this as the alternative to using Pavoot: 'Running it yourself?' with software to explore instead.

The Solution

Pavoot offers to run the event for the customer: the customer describes who they want to meet and what the event is about, and Pavoot finds and invites the guests, books the venue, and runs the night. Behind this service are four named products: Attendee Intelligence to find, invite and track the right guests, Notetaker to capture conversations on the floor, Post Event for follow-ups, recap and attribution, and Media Management to find every guest in the event photos. The site notes that product previews currently show demo data, and also offers the software on its own for teams that prefer to run events themselves.
