Freelance creatives in Denmark who invoice clients today often juggle separate tools for sending an invoice, delivering finished files and chasing payment, with large files bouncing off client mail servers and clients asking for re-sends weeks later. Danish VAT has specific edge cases such as the artist VAT rate (kunstnermoms), EU reverse charge, and deposits taxed on the day they are paid under Momsloven paragraph 23, stk. 3, which generic or US-style invoice templates do not handle natively.
