Job seekers preparing for technical interviews now face new formats shaped by AI, including agentic builds, vibe coding, and system-design defense, on top of traditional coding and behavioral questions. They also lack a way to prioritize what to study next based on their own background, or to see how their open job applications stack up against their resume. Today this often means guessing at prep topics, manually re-reading job descriptions, and tracking applications without any ranking or feedback.

Prep Room offers a set of linked tools built around a person's resume and target jobs. The Resume tool shows how a resume reads to a machine screener, the JD tool takes a pasted job posting and returns the likely interview questions behind it, and the Upskill tool suggests what to learn next based on what is on the resume. Your Jobs ranks open roles against the resume so a user can see fit at a glance, and the Resources section organizes interview questions and the underlying concepts into one browsable, filterable list. The product also includes timed coding contests and a VS Code extension so practice can happen inside an editor rather than a separate browser tab.
