Produck embeds a script (one line, via an SDK) into a product that watches for moments like drop-offs or errors, and has an agent interview the user in context, asking follow-up questions until the root cause is recorded. It auto-attaches session, codebase, network, analytics, and environment data to each report, turning raw feedback into a reproducible record. These records are clustered and ranked into a list of PRDs with problem statements, proposed fixes, supporting evidence (like call counts and affected accounts), and estimated engineering effort. The product also supports in-the-moment qualitative surveys, walkthroughs for users who get stuck, and automatically notifies users when their requested fix ships.
