The Problem
Software teams using Linear to manage tickets need to convert those tickets into working code, but using LLMs to generate good code reliably is hard. The process requires validating the task, planning the work, generating a solution, and testing it, all of which teams typically do manually or piece together themselves. Additionally, ideas often start as vague drafts rather than clearly defined technical tasks, requiring further manual refinement before engineers can act on them.
The Solution
Producta integrated with Linear and GitHub to automate the full lifecycle of solving a ticket. Users moved a ticket into a Producta column, and Producta helped clarify the ticket if needed, then planned, generated, and tested a solution before opening a pull request in GitHub, reacting to reviewer comments as needed. It also supported the reverse workflow, letting users draft an idea as a ticket and have Producta refine it into clearly defined technical tasks. The product supported multiple AI models and offered documentation, pricing, and FAQs covering security and integrations.
