The Problem

Founders, post-sales leaders, forward deployed engineers and CSMs lose visibility and time as their customer base grows. Founders can no longer keep a pulse on every account, post-sales leaders need to scale without hiring one CSM per batch of new accounts, forward deployed engineers manually onboard every new customer, and CSMs managing more than 15 accounts struggle to track usage, risk and expansion signals by hand. Today this work happens through manual data-gathering, spreadsheet wrangling, and stitching together dashboards from calls, email and Slack, which one customer says consumed over half their team's time before using Quivly.

The Solution

Quivly deploys AI agents that follow each account across the full post-sales lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal. At kickoff, Projects pulls call transcripts, email and Slack into one place, assigns tasks to the right person on either side, and lets agents run tasks that don't need a human. The Actions Feed watches usage data and flags risks like login drop-off, recommending specific save-plays such as a workshop or win-back project. Radar monitors external market signals, for example a customer acquisition, and surfaces it as an expansion motion with recommended next steps. Notebooks automatically assemble a renewal brief from health score, usage trends and the year's calls so the team doesn't have to build it manually. The platform connects to tools already in use, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Zendesk, Intercom, Gong, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Stripe, QuickBooks and Jira, plus a stated 1,000+ other integrations.
