The Problem

Marketing teams today rely on tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Customer.io built around visual builders and human-only operation, and analytics tools like Plausible, Fathom, or GA4 that rely on aggregated third-party tracking rather than individual visitor data. As AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT become capable of running real operations, there is no standard way for these agents to actually execute marketing tasks such as segmenting contacts, scheduling campaigns, or sending emails, rather than just drafting copy. Marketers who want AI to handle operational work still have to manually translate agent suggestions into actions inside disconnected tools, with no unified audit trail of what an agent actually did.

The Solution

ReachOut is a marketing automation platform built around a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes 37 tools so any AI agent, including Claude, ChatGPT, or local models, can directly run operations like resolving segments, scheduling campaigns, and sending emails with defined approval gates such as bounce-rate caps. The Studio provides a UI for composing campaigns with a visual editor and React-Email source, managing and deduplicating contacts, viewing first-party website analytics without third-party trackers or data leaving the tenant, generating insights, and reviewing a filterable audit log of every agent action. The product follows a track-identify-trigger-personalize loop: it tracks visitor behavior with first-party analytics, identifies visitors as contacts on sign-in or form fill, lets users or agents trigger segment-based campaigns, and sends personalized emails whose opens, clicks, and replies feed back into future campaigns. Humans remain in control by approving agent actions that matter, while the agent executes the operational steps.

Why Now?

The blog frames MCP as a newly standardized way for AI agents to connect to external tools, arguing marketing has entered an era where AI agents, not just humans, can run real operations rather than only draft copy.
