The Problem

Small business owner-operators carry every promise they make in emails, calls, texts and meetings in their own heads, with no system to track who is waiting on what. They reschedule at the last minute, build systems they never use, and cannot spend every night re-reading their inbox to remember what they said they would do. When something slips, a customer is left hanging, a quote never gets sent, or a supplier call never happens. The cost is concrete: a client relationship strained, an overdue invoice, or a missed deadline on the thing a big customer is waiting on.

The Solution

ready when connects to a business owner's email, calendar, calls, chat and documents and extracts every commitment made, such as a quote promised by Friday or an invoice owed by a supplier. It tracks who is waiting, what is overdue and what can wait, and explains its reasoning so the owner can disagree with its priorities. Each morning it sends a short brief naming the few things that cannot slip that day, with reasons attached. It also drafts replies, chasers and follow ups after calls, but nothing is sent without the owner's explicit approval. A WhatsApp interface, described as coming soon, would let users call, voice note or message the assistant directly to get tasks done.
