Recurrr
Recurrr lets teams and freelancers send recurring emails on a schedule automatically, using their existing Gmail, Outloo
The Problem
Teams and individuals have communications that repeat on a regular cadence, like daily standups, monthly reports, follow-ups with past clients, or check-ins with contacts, but Gmail and other email clients have no way to send an email on a recurring schedule, only a one-off 'send later' option. As a result, people either rewrite and resend the same email manually every time, hold recurring meetings instead (the page cites a team of 8 developers spending $2400/month on a daily 30-minute standup), or simply forget and let the task slip. This leads to wasted time, unnecessary meetings, and dropped follow-ups such as forgotten birthdays, lapsed client relationships, or unmet commitments.
The Solution
Recurrr connects to a user's existing Gmail, Outlook or SMTP account (sending as the user, without reading their inbox or contacts) and lets them write an email once, set a schedule in plain English (weekly, monthly, quarterly, every other Tuesday, last Friday of the month, etc.), and have it sent automatically forever. An NLP/AI model interprets the schedule text, and a calendar-style view shows upcoming and past sends so users can edit, pause or stop a scheduled email at any time. The example given is a daily 8am standup email replacing a meeting, where teammates reply-all with updates, cited as saving one company $1500/month.
