Refix
Refix is a Slack-native AI product manager that monitors product, revenue and support KPIs to catch leaks and ship fixes
The Problem
Product teams rely on dashboards like Mixpanel or Amplitude that require someone to actively check them for problems. Issues such as a broken promo code validation causing a checkout conversion drop, or a referral link expiry setting that regressed after an onboarding redesign, can go unnoticed until customers complain in support channels. Teams end up manually tracing incidents across multiple tools and channels, and previously solved problems get reintroduced without anyone remembering the earlier fix. This reactive process costs time and lets revenue leaks compound before anyone notices.
The Solution
Refix installs into Slack and continuously watches KPIs across product, revenue, marketing and support. When something moves, it investigates like a senior PM: tracing a conversion drop to a specific code push, or explaining why referral conversions fell by referencing a past fix that didn't survive a redesign. It builds org memory over time, learning who owns what, team priorities and vocabulary, so its output gets more targeted. Beyond surfacing the insight, it acts: drafting outreach in Customer.io, tagging cohorts in Segment, opening tickets and pinging the right teammate, with a stated average of 2.4 hours from detecting a leak to shipping a response. It reads from approved sources only and can require human review before taking write actions.
