Teams sharing files with clients or collaborators often deal with messy workflows: lost client feedback, endless email threads, version confusion, and approval headaches. Feedback and comments end up scattered across emails rather than tied to the actual files being reviewed. Sharing large files securely and tracking who has access or how many times something was downloaded is also difficult without dedicated tools. This leaves teams without a clear, unified record of file activity or a simple way to get sign-off from reviewers.

Roceet provides two connected products: Roceet Share for fast file transfers and Roceet Review for collaborative feedback. Roceet Share allows uploads of up to 200GB per transfer, password protection with a pass phrase, and download limits that trigger auto-deletion after a set number of downloads. Roceet Review centralizes customer feedback with an activity log that tracks all review actions in a timeline, lets teams comment and approve changes, and supports password-protected reviews for security. Together these features aim to replace scattered email threads with one branded, secure, unified place for sharing files and gathering approvals.
