RunAnywhere
RunAnywhere provides an inference stack combining hosted open frontier models, local hardware accelerators
The Problem
Developers building AI applications need to run inference across different environments: sometimes in the cloud, sometimes on-device using the hardware a machine already ships with. Today this often means separate tools for hosted inference, hardware-specific acceleration, and cross-platform SDKs, with no guarantee that behavior stays consistent between them. Running models on local NPUs typically requires hardware-specific optimization work, and moving between hosted and local execution can mean rewriting integrations. This fragmentation makes it hard to pick the right execution method for a given workload without extra engineering overhead.
The Solution
RunAnywhere offers a single inference stack built around three pieces. Wally is a hosted, frontier-scale open model served behind an OpenAI-compatible API, with browser sign-in and execution kept explicit so requests only go to hosted infrastructure when a developer chooses that. MetalRT and QHexRT are accelerator engines built for NPUs already present in device silicon, with published results that name the specific hardware and method used. Open-source SDKs provide six language bindings built on one shared C++ core, intended to keep application behavior consistent across platforms. A console lets users sign in, buy credits, and track usage and spend in one place.
