Sazabi
AI-native observability platform that detects production issues in logs, explains root causes
The Problem
Engineering teams shipping software quickly need to find and fix production issues, but traditional observability tools require building and maintaining large collections of dashboards and hand-built monitors with static rules. Teams must write custom alerting logic, parse and structure logs into schemas, and manually investigate root causes when something breaks. This instrumentation and maintenance burden slows teams down and means issues are often caught by customers before engineers notice them.
The Solution
Sazabi connects production logs with code, automatically detecting anomalies without hand-built monitors or rules. It traces each issue to its root cause against the codebase and posts alerts directly to Slack with the cause identified. Engineers can search logs in plain language or precise queries, ask questions conversationally, and generate live dashboards on demand (for example requesting a panel for checkout latency by region). Setup involves connecting GitHub and Slack apps and forwarding logs in any format, structured or unstructured, from any cloud or technology, without needing schemas or parsing rules.
