SenseFolks
SenseFolks provides embeddable micro-surveys and automated insight analysis for product managers to make evidence-based
The Problem
Product teams often guess at pricing and features, risking revenue loss from overcharging or undercharging and wasting time building features nobody wants. Traditional research relies on generic survey tools that only collect responses, or on one-off studies with respondent recruitment and heavy workflows via platforms like Sawtooth, Conjointly, or Qualtrics. Email surveys capture stale recall days after the fact rather than fresh, in-the-moment intent, and results typically require manual analysis across scattered spreadsheets. This forces product managers, founders, marketers, and growth teams to make decisions without evidence or to spend significant time and money on research infrastructure.
The Solution
SenseFolks offers six purpose-built micro-survey types, embedded directly on a company's website at high-intent moments like pricing pages, onboarding flows, or feature request pages. PricePoint combines Van Westendorp price-sensitivity questions with an optional Gabor-Granger flow to find optimal pricing; UserChoice uses trade-off tasks to reveal preferred product combinations; FeaturePriority applies Kano, MaxDiff, and pairwise methods to rank features; FastPoll delivers quick single or multiple choice validation; Reaction captures lightweight sentiment via faces, thumbs, or hearts; and OpenFeedback collects open-ended text at points of friction. Surveys are short, low-friction, WCAG 2.1 and GDPR compliant, and require no respondent recruiting since site visitors are the respondents. Responses are automatically analyzed into decision-ready insights, viewable in a unified dashboard that can segment results by region, company size, industry, or role, with setup taking just minutes via an embeddable snippet customizable through CSS.
