Servo7
Servo7 builds autonomous robots that unload loose-loaded shipping containers at warehouse dock doors.
The Problem
Warehouses that receive loose-loaded containers currently rely on manual labor crews to unload boxes of varying sizes and stacking patterns, a process the company describes as suffering from high crew turnover. Existing automation approaches require pre-mapped configurations and operator intervention between loads, making them brittle when box sizes and arrangements vary. The company also points to a gap in visibility, noting that warehouse management systems don't know what's actually inside containers, which limits automation ROI. These issues mean unloading remains a slow, labor-intensive bottleneck that doesn't scale well across a facility.
The Solution
Servo7 deploys a robot that reads a container's contents in real time and unloads boxes onto a conveyor or pallet without pre-mapped configurations or operator intervention between loads. It handles boxes up to 23kg at the existing dock door, requiring no facility redesign, and can unload a single-SKU container in under 2 hours or a full loose-loaded container in under 2.5 hours. Deployment follows a three-step process: the customer demonstrates the task with no code or integration project required, the robot's AI watches and learns on the job to improve performance over time, and once reliable, additional units are deployed to scale across the facility. The company states a robot can be ready to work after about 45 minutes of setup.
