The Problem

Marketing and growth teams often need website changes quickly, like a new pricing page, a launch homepage, or a landing page for a campaign, but making those changes usually means waiting on developers or juggling disconnected tools like Figma, a CMS, HubSpot forms, and analytics dashboards. Teams that want to use AI agents to speed this up run into a different problem: the agent does not know the site's actual code, brand components, or which file to edit, and there is no safe way to review an agent's change before it goes live. The result is either slow, developer-gated site updates or risky, ungoverned changes that do not match the brand or pass basic checks like responsive layout and page speed.

The Solution

Sherpa moves a company's marketing site into code the team owns and exposes that structure to AI agents through a site-context file (shown in the text as AGENTS.md) so agents read brand tokens, components, and working rules before making edits. From chat tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Slack, someone can ask for a change (new homepage, new pricing plans, a four-way headline experiment, a HubSpot form fix), and Sherpa builds a preview using the existing design system rather than generic output. Team members can comment directly on a live page, pinning feedback to the exact element and source file, and every change goes through a draft and approval step before publishing. The platform also includes a CMS agents can read and update, built-in experiments and personalization (Adapt), and connections to analytics and data sources like PostHog, BigQuery, Shopify, Stripe, Marketo, and Google Analytics so teams can ask plain-language questions about site performance and conversion.
