Sintem, Inc.
Sintem makes Raven, an AI phone device that handles busywork like calls, scheduling, and coordinating with contacts.
The Problem
People spend significant attention on busywork: tracking plans and promises scattered across calendars, Slack, and email, taking notes during calls and meetings, and manually reaching out to find collaborators for tasks like content or events. Today this requires switching between tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and Calendar, and manually synthesizing commitments into a coherent plan for the day. Important follow-ups from conversations, whether on a call or in person, can be missed if not captured and turned into to-dos. This fragmentation and manual tracking costs people time and attention that could otherwise go toward their actual work or personal life.
The Solution
Raven is an AI phone built by Sintem that takes on tasks by working across a user's existing tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and Google Calendar. It can be given open-ended jobs, like finding collaborators for a launch, after which it reads relevant threads, drafts outreach messages, updates documents, and prepares handoffs across tools, reporting progress step by step. It also functions as a command center for AI agents, letting users work with tools like Codex or Claude, and lets users create their own simple apps or productivity tools, such as a custom language-learning app, from a plain instruction. Additionally, it prepares a daily plan by pulling together meetings and promises made across tools, and captures notes and to-dos from calls and in-person conversations automatically.
