The Problem

Developers and teams who need structured data from websites, such as business listings, product details, job postings or real estate data, otherwise have to build and maintain their own scrapers, manage browsers and proxies, and write custom extraction logic for each site. This is costly in engineering time and fragile when page structures change. The page implies this problem is universal to anyone pulling data from the web, from AI agents needing live page content to teams building lead lists from Google Maps or product data from Amazon.

The Solution

Spidra offers one API with six chainable tools: search, scrape, map, batch scrape, crawl and parse, that turn a question, website, list of links or document into clean Markdown or JSON. Users can either describe the data they want in plain language with a JSON schema and get back consistently typed, named fields (with missing fields returned as null instead of guessed), or use one of over 90 ready-made templates for popular sites like Google Maps, Amazon, LinkedIn, Indeed, YouTube and Zillow. Templates can be saved as presets and watched with monitors that check on a schedule (daily on the free plan, down to every 5 minutes on Pro) and alert via Slack, email, Discord or webhook. Spidra also offers an MCP server so AI assistants like Claude, Cursor or VS Code can search, scrape and crawl live pages during a session, billed at the same credit rate as API calls. The company provides SDKs (Node.js, Python shown) and a REST API covering all tools, and a free plan with 300 starting credits and no credit card required.
