Squario
Squario is an all-in-one CRM and operations platform that takes SMEs from lead to proposal
The Problem
Small and mid-sized businesses that outgrow spreadsheets end up spreading sales, project delivery, time tracking, expenses and profitability across separate disconnected tools. This fragmentation makes it hard to see margins while work is still in motion, to track whether client proposals were viewed or signed, or to catch project risks before they become problems. Many of these businesses either patch together point solutions or face an expensive, long ERP implementation to get everything in one system. Squario's FAQ frames the alternative as an 'eighteen-month ERP project' that it explicitly avoids.
The Solution
Squario is a modular platform covering Sales (CRM, pipeline, proposals), Delivery (projects, time tracking, client portal), Finance (expenses, profitability, banking) and AI (an assistant called Squaria plus an MCP server), all built on the same records and permissions so data isn't copied between tools. Proposals can be built from a brief into a branded scope with AI-assisted drafts, shared with clients via code or password, and tracked for views and approvals with timestamp, IP and signature hash. Won scopes convert into projects with tasks, dependencies, risks and a client portal, while time, rate cards, budgets and expenses roll up into live profitability dashboards. Squaria, the AI assistant, can answer questions from workspace data, build dashboards, and make changes after user confirmation, and connects to external AI clients like Claude via MCP over OAuth 2.1. Users can also extend the system themselves with custom fields, data models, forms and automations, or commission custom modules from the Squario team.
