StampFans
StampFans lets creators turn a monthly PDF upload into printed postcards, letters
The Problem
Creators like authors, artists, and influencers who want to share work in a tangible way have no easy way to print and mail physical items to an audience without handling printing, postage, and fulfillment themselves. Doing this on their own means sourcing paper, printing, addressing envelopes, and managing a mailing list, which is costly and time-consuming for a single creator. There is also no simple way to charge subscribers for recurring physical mail and get paid automatically each month.
The Solution
StampFans is a snail-mail publishing platform where a creator uploads one postcard, print, letter, or zine per month and the platform prints, stamps, and mails it to subscribers. Creators set a subscription price, StampFans keeps $3 per subscriber per month to cover paper and postage, and the creator keeps the rest. The platform supports several formats (6x9 postcards, 5.5x8.5 prints, 8.5x11 letters up to 8 pages, and stapled zines), handles subscriber management and cancellations, and delivers to addresses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of the EU using FSC-certified recyclable paper printed close to the destination. Creators can browse a public directory of existing creator clubs and track subscriber counts and mailbox locations in real time.
