Superlog
Superlog automates routine engineering tasks like alert triage, bug fixes, and support answers for engineering teams.
The Problem
Engineering teams spend significant time on routine operational work: triaging alerts, investigating production errors, answering repetitive support questions, reviewing observability gaps, and carrying pull requests to completion through rebasing and flaky tests. This toil distracts engineers from building product. Today teams handle this manually across tools like Sentry, Datadog, GitHub, and Slack, often without a way to connect alerts, logs, and code into a single automated workflow, and without visibility into unknown issues that have no existing alerts set up.
The Solution
Superlog is an automation platform that connects to a team's existing stack, including Sentry, Datadog, GitHub, Slack, AWS CloudWatch, Dash0, ClickStack, Google Cloud, PostHog, and Grafana, to run engineering automations triggered by events, schedules, or chat commands. Automations include investigating new Sentry errors and opening pull requests with fixes, running daily or weekly observability and performance reviews that produce pull requests adding logs and fixes, answering support and community questions by reading code and docs, and running hourly reliability checks comparing error rates and latency against normal ranges. Users can choose their own AI model and harness and bring their own tokens and subscriptions, and can start from prefilled automation templates or build custom ones with chosen triggers and connectors.
