The Problem

Marketing and growth teams running ads across many platforms (search, social, commerce, programmatic, CTV, mobile) must manually manage campaign creation, creative, audiences, tracking and budget pacing on each separate ad platform. This spreads work across disconnected dashboards, making it hard to catch budget overspend, creative fatigue, audience drift or low-quality conversions before they hurt results. Teams also need to prepare manual readouts of spend, pipeline and performance before client or internal briefings. Synter's materials suggest this fragmented, manual workflow is the status quo its product replaces.

The Solution

Synter is a 'Universal MCP' that connects a user's ad accounts once and lets AI agents (via Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT) build, launch and optimize campaigns across 43 platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Amazon, The Trade Desk and newer mobile platforms like Apple Ads and AppLovin. It offers a Campaign IDE for reviewing agent-drafted creative and audiences, automated budget pacing checks with proposed corrections requiring human approval, creative fatigue and audience-quality monitoring, and a console showing agent activity, campaigns, assets, a change log and LLM cost tracking by model and task. Role-based access (Owners, Editors, Viewers), spend caps, policy checks and human approval gates are built in so agents can act but consequential changes wait for review. Setup is done by adding an MCP connector URL in a supported agent client, then pulling reports or launching campaigns directly from that interface.
