Tagzzs
A personal memory layer that captures links, notes and screenshots and carries that context into ChatGPT
The Problem
The company argues that AI models are getting more capable but lack a critical ingredient: a user's own context, such as what they read last month or the screenshots they saved yesterday. Every AI conversation currently starts from scratch because knowledge is scattered across browsers, notes and devices with no connection to the AI tools people actually use. The founders describe spending more time trying to find things they had saved than using them to think or create. Existing storage (cloud drives, folders, bookmarks) solves capacity but not retrieval, so saved information is effectively forgotten.
The Solution
Tagzzs is a memory layer that captures links, screenshots and text snippets with one click, pulling metadata and context automatically without manual tagging or folders. Saved items are auto-organized and indexed using AI, and can be retrieved through natural conversational queries via semantic search rather than manual searching. An AI assistant called Kai connects information across what a user has saved, acting more like a thinking partner than a search tool. The core differentiator is that this memory syncs into external AI chats (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) through a browser extension (Chrome, Edge, Brave), with a web dashboard available now and mobile app, local/notes support, and deeper AI integrations listed as coming soon.
