Taim
Taim is a voice-first notes app that turns spoken thoughts into connected notes, tasks and plans.
The Problem
People have ideas, feedback, and plans throughout the day but these get scattered across apps like Apple Notes, voice memos, calendars, and chat threads, or forgotten entirely. Innovators, creatives, students, and families each have moments where a quick thought (a customer complaint, a design reference, a lecture insight, a gift idea) needs to be captured along with related tasks and schedules, but existing tools don't connect the thought to the right project, task, or calendar event automatically. Without that connection, people have to manually re-organize notes, set separate reminders, and search across disconnected files to find context later.
The Solution
Taim lets users speak their thoughts aloud, and it automatically organizes them into connected notes, tasks, and calendar events within relevant threads. Users can also import existing content, such as PDFs or Apple Notes, by sharing it directly into the app. Through an MCP integration, Taim connects to AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, letting users save ideas from a conversation into Taim and retrieve that context in future chats. The app supports shared threads and tasks with friends or collaborators, so multiple people can see updates on a shared plan. A dashboard shows threads, a schedule, and incoming thoughts in one connected view.
