Transport companies with multiple dispatchers often work in separate Excel files, leading to operations that fall out of control. Trip data from transport orders is entered manually, which is slow and error prone. Driver updates are handled through phone calls and messages instead of a shared system. Documents are scattered across folders, making expirations and statuses hard to track. As a result, management struggles to see what is actually happening in daily operations.

truckTMS gives dispatchers, operations and management a single shared planning board showing trucks, drivers and active trips updated in real time. An AI assistant reads uploaded transport order PDFs or images and extracts trip data, which the dispatcher verifies before saving, turning a transport order into a trip in about 10 seconds according to one reported client case. Dispatching to drivers can be done via WhatsApp with message status tracked directly in the planning board. Documents are stored per entity with templates, dynamic fields and visible expiry dates, and reporting offers monthly, per-truck and per-driver breakdowns exportable as PDF with paid/unpaid filters. The platform connects to GPS telematics providers (Tracknamic, TrackGPS, Eurowag) for a live operations map, supports multi-stop trips, cabotage checks at trip creation, and offers a public REST API with webhooks and idempotency keys for integrating ERP, accounting or client portals.
