The Problem

Job seekers trying to apply broadly must monitor many career pages across different ATS platforms, tailor resumes and cover letters for each role, manually fill out application forms (including open-ended questions), and track replies across their inbox. Being slow to apply matters because recruiters typically only review the first 100 applicants for a role. People on OPT or needing sponsorship face extra friction answering work-authorization questions. This manual process costs time and causes seekers to miss being early applicants on roles that fit them.

The Solution

Tsenta watches over 50,000 company career pages across 30+ ATSes (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and others) and alerts users the moment a matching role is posted, aiming to get them into the first wave of applicants. For each match, it generates a tailored resume and cover letter from the job description and the user's saved background, showing proposed changes before anything is submitted. It then auto-fills and submits the application through the employer's system, including open-ended questions answered in the user's voice, and produces a receipt of exactly what was sent. It can also connect to a user's email (optional) to auto-route recruiter replies, confirmations, and interview invitations into a tracker, and draft reply suggestions saved to the user's drafts folder. The product is available via web dashboard, iMessage, WhatsApp, a Chrome extension, and an MCP/CLI integration for AI coding agents like Claude Code.
