The Problem

Customer-facing teams like Customer Success, Implementation, Sales Engineering, and GTM must execute tasks and answer questions for customers directly inside complex products. Today this depends on deep product expertise, internal handoffs, and dependency on product experts, which slows down time to value for customers. New team members cannot be effective without extensive product training, and teams cannot scale to support more customers without adding headcount. This creates delays and limits how much revenue a company can support with its existing customer-facing staff.

The Solution

Unisson offers two AI agents: Runner, which executes complex tasks directly inside a customer's product on behalf of customers, and Explorer, which maintains an always up-to-date knowledge base of the product by pulling live, real-time data from actual customer environments rather than stale documentation. Runner is powered by an orchestration layer where multiple runners coordinate to complete workflows, can be built using natural language, and meets users where they work. The company also offers a Runner API so other companies can connect their own agents and give them the skill to use any product like an expert. The platform is positioned for enterprise use with SOC2 compliance, encryption at rest and in transit, prompt injection safeguards, allowed domains, read-only modes, native permissioning, and full auditability through logged screenshots, reasoning, and decision traces. It claims agents can discover and understand hundreds of product features within 30 minutes, and pricing is based only on active agent work time.
