Userlens
Userlens builds Lumi, an AI agent that sends B2B SaaS users personalized product adoption nudges based on their actual
The Problem
B2B SaaS and PLG teams ship new features quickly but struggle to make sure every user knows how to use them or adopts the right behaviors. Founders describe having to personally recall which customers to tell about changes and how those changes applied to each one, which became unworkable as user growth scaled past the point where founders could meet with everyone individually. Users also arrive with different backgrounds and contexts, making generic, one-size-fits-all education or templated messaging ineffective. The result is users who repeat failed workflows, abandon tasks, or never discover better ways to use the product, while teams lack the bandwidth to give each account the kind of personal attention they gave their first customers.
The Solution
Lumi is an agent that reads what each user has actually done in a product and writes individualized guidance messages telling them what to do next. Teams set up a campaign by defining an adoption goal and the audience that qualifies, and Lumi identifies matching users with a stated reason for each match, then determines what each message should achieve, include, and avoid. Rather than using templates, teams write a brief once (goal, context, guardrails like quiet hours and nudge frequency) and Lumi generates every message from that brief combined with each user's specific behavior history. The system connects to both a database (what customers can do) and analytics (what they actually do) to determine the next best action, and tracks success through actual product metrics rather than email opens or clicks, reporting on who adopted, who stalled, and where to follow up.
