Verbleif
Verbleif is Dutch facilities and task management software for holiday parks, campings and resorts.
The Problem
Holiday parks, campings and resorts deal with constant operational work: cleaning on changeover days, guest complaints like a leaking tap or a broken power point, maintenance issues, and coordinating staff across reception, cleaning, technical and hospitality teams. Without a shared system, guest and staff reports have to be manually turned into tasks, and reception, cleaning crews and management lack a single overview of what needs to happen and what progress has been made. This is especially complex for parks with multiple accommodation types, seasonal staff, multiple departments, or multiple locations under one group with separate administrations. The result is work that is poorly divided and hard to track in real time.
The Solution
Verbleif is a platform that brings together tasks, guest and staff notifications, planning and reporting for parks and campings. Guest or team reports (for example a leaking tap or broken power point) can be converted directly into tasks, which are then assigned and tracked through to completion. A planning view shows arrivals, departures and changeover-day work side by side with walking routes and shift handovers, and a mobile iOS/Android app lets staff carry tasks and information around the park, including while offline, syncing once connectivity returns. The platform integrates with existing reservation systems (named integrations include Booking Experts, Recranet, Camping Care, Tommy/Tomm and Mews) so reservation and accommodation data feeds into cleaning and maintenance tasks, and it offers dashboards, task totals, CSV export and role-based access including SSO and two-factor authentication.
