The Problem

Businesses run on customers, employees, locations, jobs, products, invoices, rules, and permissions that live scattered across systems, spreadsheets, documents, and informal operating rules. Each new dashboard, app, workflow, report, automation, or agent has to rediscover and re-encode this business context from scratch, since there is no shared, governed, machine-readable source of truth. This means software development for internal tools keeps starting from zero instead of building on what the organization already knows about itself.

The Solution

wAIwiser maps a business once, turning its systems, spreadsheets, documents, and operating rules into a single governed enterprise ontology that stays current. This shared layer becomes the foundation for building dashboards, mobile apps, workflows, reports, automations, voice agents, and internal tools without re-mapping business logic each time. The company points to FullStaff as an example, where using this approach cut schedule turnaround from eight hours to thirty minutes. wAIwiser is also building a product called Henry, currently open for waitlist signups as early access.

Why Now?

The page argues that underlying models and interfaces will keep changing, but every app, builder, and agent will still need a governed, machine-readable understanding of what the business is and what it may do.
