Wato
Wato is a shared AI workspace that gives every agent in a company the same memory, tools
The Problem
Teams using AI agents today end up with context scattered across personal chats, individual tool subscriptions, and git branches, so useful prompts, decisions, playbooks, and investigation history are lost or siloed per person. Each employee may run their own Claude or Codex subscription with no shared memory, meaning a fix one engineer found for an incident, or a workflow one salesperson built, isn't available to teammates or their agents. Connecting agents to company tools like Slack, GitHub, Linear, or Salesforce also raises permission problems, since there is no org-level control over which agent or user can access which tool. The result is AI work that doesn't compound: the same investigations, research, and playbooks get redone instead of reused.
The Solution
Wato is connected once through MCP and then gives every agent across tools like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, and Gemini access to the same versioned team memory, approved connectors, and skills. It stores durable company knowledge (decisions, caveats, runbooks, playbooks) centrally rather than in personal chats, and lets teams connect integrations such as Slack, GitHub, Linear, Salesforce, and Gong with org, team, user, and tool-level permissions plus built-in tracing. It also supports collaborative cloud agent sessions with desktop, filesystem, git, and computer-use access that teammates can view and continue without losing context, and these sessions can be spawned via Wato MCP, Slack, Teams, or Linear. Additional capabilities mentioned include live artifacts and dashboards connected to approved company data, reusable skills and workflows turned into team defaults, and audit logs showing what agents accessed and produced.
