The Problem

Teams that build hardware need to buy electronic parts from suppliers worldwide, but the process today is manual and fragmented. Buyers message 15 to 20 suppliers, wait days for replies, get rejected on minimum order quantities, and often place redundant orders hoping one ships. Each purchase passes through many hands (suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, finance) and information degrades at every handoff, leading to expired quotes, lost POs, rescheduled freight calls, and finance chasing a paper trail before deadlines.

The Solution

Waybill lets a buyer simply state what they need (a part number, description, BOM file, or PLM sync), the quantity, and the date it must land, then handles everything else. It maps every licensed source for a part worldwide, sends RFQs to all of them at once, and builds a single comparison of landed cost, lead time, MOQ, and authenticity proof, negotiating the best quote while keeping a runner-up live as a fallback. After one payment covering parts, freight, duties, and delivery, Waybill itself runs fulfilment: collecting from the supplier, consolidating and labeling for export, booking freight, tracking the shipment via carrier and flight feeds, preparing and filing customs documents through licensed brokers, and using a voice agent to coordinate last-mile delivery with the driver and receiving team. On arrival, scanning the box triggers automatic notifications, inventory updates to the bin and project level, and three-way matching of invoice, payment, and import records.
