Wayco
Wayco runs CaseHelp, an AI-driven intake service that builds accident injury claims and connects victims with partner
The Problem
People injured in car accidents, often at odd hours like 2 AM, need immediate help understanding what to do and finding legal representation, but law firms miss after-hours calls and overflow leads. Victims may not speak English fluently, adding another barrier to getting their case understood and documented quickly. Today this often means unanswered calls, delayed claim-building, and missed opportunities to gather evidence like police reports and medical records before they go stale. Law firms report losing cases they used to miss at 2 AM due to lack of round-the-clock intake capacity.
The Solution
Wayco operates CaseHelp, an AI agent that answers accident-related calls, texts, and web leads 24/7 in English and Spanish, typically responding within seconds. The AI conducts intake, gathers evidence such as police reports and photos, pulls medical records, scores case strength, and builds out the claim before handing it to a partner law firm, which can sign a retainer on day one. The product also plans same-day video evaluations with partner medical providers for court-ready documentation. A consumer-facing version lets individuals answer six questions in about 30 seconds to start a claim and see illustrative estimates of what they may be owed, with no upfront cost and a no-win-no-fee model. Attorneys receive cases already analyzed, with evidence gathered and investigation underway, reducing manual intake work for firms.
